Sidney Burroughs

Grave of Sidney Burroughs in Fredericksburg National Cemetery Memorial to Sidney Burroughs on his parents' gravestone in Varick. Sidney was wounded May 5, 1864 at the Battle of the Wilderness, and actually died May 7 Burroughs monument in Varick from a distance. James Woodworth is memorialized on the opposite side of the monument.
